V.A.D.E.R. strategem

As an organization, we need to be on top of our game when it comes to dealing with local voting boards. In early june, V.A.D.E.R. representitives will be metting with Denver's voting commissioner to try to get volunteers and supplies for our upcoming shows.
Help us hammer out a clear set of goals for V.A.D.E.R., and leave any ideas you might have for reaching potential voters through our efforts.

Is anyone going to be interested in hosting musicians at your place or pitching in on costs for bands travelling to play the show?

Any ideas on how a latin-based V.A.D.E.R. show would be most successful? Location, bands, etc.
